Bird & wildlife sightings from the Barnsley recording area.
Can anyone confirm whether the pink ring is light pink (code K) or dark pink (code C (carmine)). I reported it as being light, but the info I received stated it was dark pink. It doesn't help being partially colour blind.
Feel free to send them the photo if it helps mate.
Just looked at the colour scheme and it seems the light pink is so light its almost white

We had a similar ringed bird from Cheshire in 2010, ended up back there after the freeze. Chap called Kane Brides was ringing them
