A quick walk round this afternoon produced 22 Meadow Pipit and 20 Redwing feeding on pastoral land. 12 Fieldfare flew west and a Redpoll north.
A cormorant was sunbathing and Mute Swan was still adding to the nest. 5 Jackdaws were at their nest sites on the chimneys of the adjacent cottages.
