Broomhill Flash mid AM- Birds noted were 4 Little Grebe, 2 Mute Swan, 3 Greylag, 52 Wigeon, 16 Tufted Duck,10 Mallard, 5 Pochard, 2m+3f Goldeneye, 5 Shoveler, 4 Gadwall, 4 Teal, 2 Kestrel, 1 Snipe, 2 Little Owl, 2 Red Legged Partridge, 2 Grey Partridge, 4 Rook and 86 BH Gull.
Bolton Ings mid AM- On the open water were 4 Little Grebe, 4 Mute Swan, 12 Canada Geese, 12 Greylag, 63 Gadwall, 36 Tufted Duck, 4 Mallard, 502 + BH Gull and 16 Common Gull. Also noted were 3 Kestrel, 2 Redshank, 2 Oystercatcher, 2 Redwing, 2 Jay, 1 Green Woodpecker and 1 singing Chiffchaff.
Wombwell Ings early PM- Birds present included 1 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 69 Canada Geese, 2 Greylag, 110 Wigeon, 28 Teal, 14 Tufted Duck, 5 Gadwall, 2m+2f Goosander, 24+ Golden Plover, 6 Redshank, 5 Snipe, 4 Little Ringed Plover, 1Green Sandpiper, 2 singing Skylark, 2 Linnet, 1 Meadow Pipit and 1 Red legged Partridge.
