From around the Moors

No sign of the Rough-legged Buzzard today - presumably the bird reported to the west in Derbyshire today is 'our' wandering bird. A couple of Common Buzzards and Peregrine were over Midhope, as was a Raven. Four Curlews are back near Barnside Moor, and Crossbills were singing and nestbuilding at Broomhead and by the roadside at Midhope.
