Carlton Marsh

Little Owl 1 adult with 1 juv, Grey Wagtail 1 juv, Willow Tit 3 juvs + 2 calling birds nearby and Kingfisher 4 on the scrape (3 chasing around together)

Marbled White 1, (This is a new site for this species) Ringlet 575, Meadow Brown 372, Large Skipper 104. Also loads of Bee Orchids and at least 2 Pyramidal Orchids. (Chris Parkin)

    Yes John this year is shaping up to be an excellent one for bird reproduction, moths, flowers and fruit etc
