Bird & wildlife sightings from the Barnsley recording area.
60 Greylags were with 70 Canada Geese on the stubble fields, a Tree Pipit flew over calling and a Cormorant (sinensis) was on the scrape (JP).
YWT and their volunteers were raking up vegetation in the Western Meadow after its annual cut yesterday.
