Bird & wildlife sightings from the Barnsley recording area.
A Whimbrel flew west calling at 09.55hrs (JP).
On the wader scrape LRP, 2 Teal, Yellow Wagtail, 2 LBB Gulls (CG).
Elsewhere Grey Wagtail, Cuckoo, 3 singing Reed Warblers + 2 chasing around, and 12 Starlings west. (K. Bannister/L & A Corrall).
