Broomhill Flash

Pretty quiet on Broomhill early a.m. and not much else in the logbook after but here are the sightings anyway.

2 Redshank, 20 Tufted Duck, 8 Gadwall, 2 Mute Swan, 6 Little Grebe, 7 Mallard + 10 Young, 3 Pochard, 3 Shovelor, 20 Canada Goose, 21 Coot, 3 Moorhen, c124 Black-headed Gull, 5 Lapwing sitting, 2 Swallow, 3 Skylark, 3 Red-legged Partridge, 3 Brown Hare (obviously not mine or they'd be grey!).

I did have 4 Whimbrel fly over my house in Wombwell around 19.15 heading south.
