Bird & wildlife sightings from the Barnsley recording area.

Edderthorpe, Wednesday morning
Shelduck 2, Wigeon 1, Avocet 1, Dunlin 2, Ringed Plover 1, Redshank 10, The first Lapwing chicks emerged this morning (2 broods). A Arctic Tern flew around at 06.50 before heading off south-east.
