A decent day today as more stuff is starting to wake up ..
Results were;
Common buzzard 7, kestrel 3, sprawk 2, raven 1, crossbill 7, pied wag 1, skylark at least 1 bird heard singing, mipit 3, mistle thrush 1, redwing 3, fieldfare 3, oystercatcher 2, snipe 2 chippering, lapwing c20 but probably plenty more, curlew c10 but the same applies as birds were flitting in and out constantly, greylags 19 + 1 pink-footed goose still tagging along, red-legged partridge 1. A possible merlin was also seen but the view was too brief to be able to call it for sure ..
