Old Moor this evening: The three Whimbrel are still on the banking near Wader Scrape. A summer-plumage Bar-tailed Godwit is on The Mere where there are also two Arctic Terns. A Greenshank is on the Field Pool. A Hobby toured the area for at least an hour and a count of19 Yellow Wagtails on Wombwell Ings is a significant increase. All in all, a good evening - Lucky for those not working!
