5 - 9 degrees with 8/8 cloud, decreasing towards midday, and a light south westerly.
Wintersett Res: 8 Whooper Swans flew in at 08.30hrs and left north at 08.45hrs. A Merlin flew north at 08.45hrs. 5 male Cetti's Warblers were around the area: west bank, ruin, boathouse reeds, Botany road, south east corner.
Anglers CP: An adult Mediterranean Gull in summer plumage flew south at 09.05hrs. Wigeon 14. Curlew 1. Teal 1m + 1f.. 2 Black Swans flew south over fields at 12.05hrs. A Red Kite flew south at 13.55hrs.
Lepidoptera: A male Brimstone was seen.
