This morning a Cuckoo sang along with 3 Cetti's Warblers, 2 Whitethroats, 2 Goldcrests, several Blackcaps, Chiffchaffs and a Willow Warbler (M.White/S.Cox/A. Corrall/CG).
A Common Sandpiper on the Wader Scrape was new in today (Dave Lomas), and 23 Herring Gulls and 2 LBB Gulls were also present (Keith Bannister)..
Also of interest Treecreeper and Fox.

Butterflies included 71 Peacock, 61 Orange-tip, 24 Speckled Wood, 8 Small Tort., and 9 Large White. A Green Tiger Beetle was also of note (Chris Parkin).
