Additional to earlier blog from Old Moor are
two Sanderling on The Mere. Otherwise the usual regular sightings of Bittern + 4 Med' Gulls still, one sitting bird of which is described as fidgety. Here's hoping!

A Bittern flew across Wath Ings this morning at 11-50. It dropped onto the reeds at the side of the path to Bolton Ings and stayed for about 15 mins before flying a bit further along. Then it flew towards Bolton Ings before dropping into the reeds at the back of Wath Ings.
Thanks for that.
