18°C warm and sunny but with a strong westerly. 

Anglers CP: Pintail  1 male in eclipse plumage.  The Black-necked Grebe is still present on the shallows in front of the main hide.   Snipe 2,  Dunlin 1 and Common Sandpiper 1.  The usual 3rd Summer Yellow-legged Gull, (now back to yellow legs) and the female Goldeneye  continue their stay.  Gadwall 23  Pochard 8  and  Shoveler 6. 
Wintersett Res: Just  1 Common Tern lingering on.
