Broomhill Flash - Noted were 1 Mute Swan, 12 Canada Geese, 48 Gadwall, 14 Tufted Duck, 7 Shoveler, 5 Pochard, 4 Mallard, 2 Teal, 2 Wigeon, 2 Cormorant, 1 Little Egret, 21 Coot, 31 BH Gull and 1 Buzzard ( the dark coloured bird often seen sitting on the posts on the northern side of the flash.)
Wombwell Ings - Present were 1 Mute Swan, 174 Canada Geese, 2 Greylag, 116 Wigeon, 12 Mallard,11 Teal, 7 Shoveler, 5 Goosander, 2 Tufted Duck, 2 Cormorant, 1 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 7 Coot, 33 Golden Plover, 1 Lapwing, 49 BH Gull, 2 Common Gull and 1 Herring Gull.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 2 Mute Swan, 44 Tufted Duck, 32 Pochard, 4 Goldeneye, 3 Mallard, 2 Shoveler, 2 Gadwall, 1m Goosander, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 111 Coot, 41 BH Gull, 25 Common Gull and 2 Herring Gull. Also present were 22 Canada Geese, 5 Cormorant, 2 Grey Heron, 2 Mistle Thrush and 2 Bullfinch.
