The highlights today were; Kingfisher, Buzzard, Pink Footed Goose, 3 Sand Martin briefly on the wader scrape (unusual here at this time of year), Lesser Whitethroat and a female Cuckoo calling as she flew over.
Dragonflies included Blue-tailed Damsel, c50 Azure Damsel, 16 Four Spot Chaser and 3 male Broad-bodied Chaser.
Butterflies on show were; GV White, Orange-tip, Speckled Wood, Small Heath, 7 Dingy Skipper and 2 Common Blue mating.
