Carlton Marsh

17 Canada, 1 Greylag and 1 drake Shoveler - wader scrape. 

Kingfisher and Tufted Duck - scrape.

9 Redwings, 4 Mistle Thrush and 6 Fieldfare feeding on a nearby wheat field.

The marsh like everywhere else is well flooded.

 

The hide has floodwater pouring underneath it, but it is secure and dry inside.

                                           A bridge too far

The bridge from the car park to the embankment is flooded, but access can be gained through the wicket gate at the back of the car park.
