Anglers CP: 43 Starling flew west and a Siskin went over. Little Grebe 9, Pochard 98 + 9 WRes., Teal 16, Greylag Goose 105 and Water Rail 1.
Anglers CP Gull Roost: The usual adult Yellow-legged Gull was the only notable tonight.
Sad News: A dead juvenile Mute Swan was found on the bank. Ring Nos Black on Yellow 871, Metal Ring W38571. It had been quite cleanly decapitated, and there was no evidence that it had put up a fight.
