Edderthorpe and Houghton, Friday

A New Year but still the same birds on show. A Pink-footed Goose is with the Greylag flock. The drake Pintail is on Edderthorpe Flash, Shoveler 11, Goldeneye 1 drake, Goosander 3, Pochard 11, Little Egret 1, Grey Heron 8. Green Woodpeckers were very showy this morning with at least 4 around, 7 Grey Partridge and a single Skylark on Park Spring Tip.
