Wombwell Ings - Present were 2+4y Mute Swan, 111 Canada Geese, 109 Greylag, 67 Wigeon, 11 Gadwall, 9 Mallard, 7 Teal, 2 Shoveler, 1f Goosander, 1 Marsh Harrier over at 8.55am, 1 Kestrel, 5 Coot, 5 Moorhen, 160 Golden Plover, 31 Lapwing, 66 BH Gull, 3 Common Gull and 5 Pied Wagtail.
Broomhill Flash - Noted were 2+3y Mute Swan, 162 Canada Geese, 20 Shoveler, 13 Teal, 11 Mallard, 8 Tufted Duck, 3 Gadwall, 1 Pochard, 1f Goldeneye, 1 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 4 Cormorant, 11 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 171 Lapwing, 2 Golden Plover, 51 BH Gull, 3 Common Gull and 1 Hawfinch.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 2+1y Mute Swan, 24 Shoveler, 18 Tufted Duck, 16 Mallard, 15 Gadwall, 3m+6f Goosander, 9 Pochard, 2m+2f Goldeneye, 369 Coot, 2 Herring Gull, 2 Common Gull and 2 BH Gull. Also present were 11 Canada Geese, 1 Greylag, 5 Cormorant, 1 Marsh Harrier, 1 Buzzard, 3 Jay, 1 Song Thrush, 1 Bullfinch and 1 Goldcrest. A Marsh Tit and 1 Willow Tit were seen at the feeding station on Warbler Way.
