Wood Sandpiper at the oxbow and GW Egret flew down the valley early morning, per J Lunn. Wood Sand still present mid aft. Plus 2 L Egret, 2 Oystercatcher, 2 Parakeets, 4 Rails, 1 fem GS Pecker showed well. c 200 Woodpigeon down, c 150 House Martins, Swifts 12+ the best this year so far. Sedge Warbler 2, Garden Warbler on the canal could be new in and a Reed Warbler at the sewage farm new. Reed Warbler numbers have increased here this year.
