16 species of butterfly today included a very early Gatekeeper and Large Skipper, Red Admiral, 97 Common blue, 2 Holly Blue, 95 Small Heath, 3 Brown Argus, 54 Dingy Skipper and 8 Brimstone (1female ovipositing). 2 Small Yellow Underwing, 5 Mother Shipton and 1 Cinnabar moth were on the wing along with a Broad-bodied Chaser.
