5 Blackcaps and 2 Reed Warblers were ringed this morning. 22 Greylags flew SE at dawn and 5 Canada Geese north. 2 Willow Tits evaded capture, 2 Chiffchaffs were singing and 2 Skylarks flew SW along with a few Meadow Pipits.

Butterflies included 43 Commas, 26 Red Admirals and 4 Painted Ladies (Chris Parkin).
