Wombwell Ings - Present were 4 Mute Swan, 25 Shoveler, 7 Mallard, 6 Teal, 4 Gadwall, 1 Little Grebe, 7 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 6 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 2 Kestrel, 182 Lapwing, 3 Golden Plover, 2 Stonechat, 4 Linnet and 4 Reed Bunting.
The Fleet - Viewable were 5 Mallard, 1 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Sparrowhawk, 5 House Martin, 1 Swallow, 10+ Skylark and 30+ Goldfinch.
Broomhill Flash - Noted were 3+3juv Mute Swan, 3 Canada Geese, 34 Tufted Duck, 33 Shoveler, 20 Gadwall, 11 Mallard, 6 Teal, 12 Little Grebe, 5 Cormorant, 1 Little Egret, 65 Coot, 71 Lapwing, 1 Kingfisher, 13 House Martin and 2 Swallow.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 2 Mute Swan, 82 Greylag, 15 Canada Geese, 10 Gadwall, 8 Mallard, 3 Tufted Duck, 5 Little Grebe, 3+1juv Great Crested Grebe, 8 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Great White Egret and 237 Coot. Also present were 3 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 1 Kingfisher and 1 Grey Wagtail.
