Edderthorpe Flash

The Spoonbill remained early evening, spending most of the time sleeping. There was a obvious passage of Ringed Plovers this afternoon - at 3 pm there were 6 on the flash but these had built up to 22 by 5.45 pm. Just before 6pm most of them flew up calling and left high to the north, heading off to the high Arctic Tundra. Also present;- Avocet 1, LRP 1, Dunlin 1, Cuckoo 1.
