More Hall & More Hall Reservoir

The Midhope Reservoir  Pink-footed Goose appears to have relocated to More Hall Reservoir, where it has attached itself to a local 'domestic goose' and is coming to bread; also a pair of Great Crested Grebe, 2 Moorhens and 1 Coot.
More Hall - the following warblers held breeding territories in the hawthorn & gorse scrub -Common Whitethroat (3), Garden Warbler (3), Blackcap (2+), Willow Warbler (4) and Chiffchaff  (1).
Yew Trees Lane (re-generating woodland to the north of Broomhead Reservoir) - 2 singing Garden Warblers, 5 singing Willow Warblers and 1 singing Chiffchaff.

Butterflies - 2 Small Whites, 3 Green-veined Whites, 2 Orangetips and 1 Small Tortoisehell.
