Low Moor, Upper Midhope - 60+ Meadow Pipits including young and adults still feeding nestlings.
Midhope Reservoir - 2 adult Greylag Geese + 20 full grown goslings, female Teal + 8 full-grown ducklings (probably different from the 2 seen on 28th June (even if six were missed/hidden), 2 Tufted Ducks, second pair of Little Grebes + 2 young, 2 Oystercatcher + 1 small young (different from 15th July), Common Sandpiper + 3 young, Spotted Flycatcher feeding young, 13 Mistle Thrushes and 13 Crossbills east. own sighting + Dave Woodriff.
