Cold Hiendley Res: Highlight today was a drake Common Scoter. Tufted Duck 3 young. Little Grebe 1 juvenile and Nuthatch 1,
Anglers CP: Yellow Wagtail 1, Oystercatcher 7, Pochard 5. The first flightless Tufted Duck in wing moult was on the lake this morning.
Butterflies became active in large numbers as the temperature rose even though it remained cloudy.
