Hot, humid 22degrees and sunny this morning, clouded over early afternoon.
Anglers CP: Yellow Wagtail 1, Oystercatcher 6.
Cold Hiendley Res: Tufted Duck broods of 6 + 3 and a new brood of 6 ACP - the one that nested on the raft.
Wintersett Res: Common Tern 4, Pochard 3, Buzzard 1 over, Grasshopper Warbler 1 reeling and a juvenile Tawny Owl was calling in the Willow Wood.
A total of 85 birds were ringed including: 2 juvenile Grasshopper Warblers (that is 6 so far this season), 16 Willow Warblers, 15 Chiffchaffs, 10 Blackcaps, 10 Whitethroats, 6 Reed Warblers and 2 Treecreepers.
