A reasonable 'happening day', particularly this morning.
Old Moor: At least two Bitterns seen today. The Grey Plover was still present this morning and
six Whimbrel and
two Turnstone were also seen though all had gone AWOL this afternoon. Other wader counts there were 18 Avocet, 9 Ringed Plover, 6 LRP and 6 Dunlin. The Peregrine was seen again and the two pairs of Med' Gulls remain.
