Sunny spells but a westerly wind held down the temperature.
Anglers CP: The drake Lesser Scaup is still frustrating the photographers - diving frequently in the middle of the choppy lake. A 1st Summer Peregrine and a Dunlin flew over. The 3rdW Yellow-legged Gull and the 3rdW Lesser Black-backed Gull are stealing eggs from the Canada Geese. There is also a Redshank and a female Goldeneye, with an imperfect wing, left behind by the rest of the flock.
Wintersett Res: A Yellow Wagtail was in the ruin field and 1 flew north.
