Stretch Limosas!

Part of the flock of 45 Black-tailed Godwits on Wombwell tonight

A great influx of Black-tailed Godwits today with 61 at Edderthorpe Flash, 45 at Wombwell Ings and 13 south over Old Moor simultaneously this evening. Also on Wombwell were 6 Ringed Plovers, 2 LRP's and 4 Redshank. Additional sightings at Old Moor included Bittern, 2 Med' Gulls and 3 broods of Common Tern.
