Langsett Banks - a good slog round produced no Crossbills of any sort or much else for that matter - just a few hirundines and a couple of Willow Warblers - about right then.
Langsett Reservoir - 41 Mallards, 4 Teal, 18 Tufted Ducks, 1 immature Cormorant W, 1 Common Sandpiper and 3 Grey Wagtails
Gull roost - 114 Black-headed Gulls, 364 Lesser Black-backed Gulls and 2 adult Yellow-legged Gulls.
Mammals - at least three species of bats going by size - a Pipistrelle sp, one about the size of a Sand Martin and the other a bit bigger - about as far as my knowledge of bats goes.
