A good westward passage of more than 1100 Pink Footed Geese in eight skeins between 7 and 10am.
Wombwell Ings - Present were 3+3juv Mute Swan, 54 Canada Geese, 61 Teal, 14 Shoveler, 11 Gadwall, 10 Mallard, 8 Tufted Duck, 6 Wigeon, 2 Cormorant, 4 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 71 Lapwing, 136 BH Gull, 5 Meadow Pipit, 3 Pied Wagtail, 2 Stonechat, 1 Treecreeper, 6 Linnet and 2 Reed Bunting.
The Fleet - Viewable were 4 Mute Swan, 8 Canada Geese, 2 Gadwall, 1 Tufted Duck, 1 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 8 Golden Plover, 197 BH Gull, 1 LBB Gull, 3 Common Gull, 4 Meadow Pipit, 20+ Linnet and 20+ Goldfinch.
Broomhill Flash - Noted were 6+3juv Mute Swan ( +6 over ), 84 Canada Geese, 21 Shoveler, 12 Gadwall, 12 Tufted Duck, 10 Mallard, 2 Goosander, 1 Pochard, 1 Little Grebe, 16 Cormorant,  1 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 4 Coot, 2 Kestrel, 1 Buzzard, 1 Peregrine and 1 Snipe. Peter Kent also had 500+ Fieldfare and 130+ Redwing early morning.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 2+1juv Mute Swan, 118 Canada Geese, 21 Greylag, 67 Wigeon, 28 Gadwall, 26 Shoveler, 14 Mallard, 5 Pochard, 2m+3f Goldeneye,1 Little Grebe, 4 Cormorant, 2 Grey Heron, 209 Coot, 69 BH Gull, 6 Common Gull, 3 LBB Gull and 2 Herring Gull. Also present were 3 Buzzard, 1 Snipe, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Jay and 1 Bullfinch.
