Wombwell Ings - Present were 4 Mute Swan, 166 Canada Geese, 28 Shoveler, 12 Teal, 6 Wigeon, 6 Tufted Duck, 3 Mallard, 3 Gadwall, 2 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 2 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 5 Moorhen, 4 Coot, c30 Golden Plover, 21 Lapwing, 81 BH Gull, 2 Common Gull, c30 Fieldfare, 20+ Redwing, 4 Meadow Pipit, 2 Pied Wagtail, 5 Linnet and 6 Reed Bunting.
The Fleet - Viewable were 2 Teal, 1 Mallard, 1 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 4 Lapwing, 191 BH Gull, 3 Common Gull, 1 LBB Gull, 4 Skylark, 4 Meadow Pipit, 1 Pied Wagtail and 10+ Linnet.
Broomhill Flash - Noted were 3+ 1juv Mute Swan, 19 Shoveler, 19 Mallard, 12 Tufted Duck, 12 Gadwall, 10 Teal, 3 Pochard, 2 Wigeon, 2 Little Grebe, 9 Cormorant, 1 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 9 Coot, 1 Peregrine, 1 Kestrel, 49 Lapwing, 32 BH Gull, 6 LBB Gull and 2 Common Gull. Early morning, Peter Kent also had a Great White Egret and a Yellow Legged Gull.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 2+1juv Mute Swan, 71 Tufted Duck, 8 Pochard, 2 Mallard, 1 Goosander, 2 Little Grebe, 4 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 208 Coot, 1 Moorhen, 13 BH Gull, 4 Common Gull and 2 Herring Gull. Also present were 2 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 2 Jay and 15+ Redwing.
