Edderthorpe, Friday morning

A decent morning down here despite the Peregrine disturbance. Duck numbers are building up;- Gadwall 89, Teal 18, Shoveler 39 and Shelduck 1. Grey Heron 8 and Little Egret 1. Not many waders to look at but a few nice ones, best being a juvenile Wood Sandpiper, Green Sand 4, Common Sand 1, Greenshank 3, Dunlin 2, Black-tailed Godwit 1 and a Oystercatcher.
