Willow Warbler was new in today (Rod Heeley) Also present 2 Redshank, 2 Kingfisher, Buzzard, c20 Chiffchaff singing, Green Woodpecker, 20 Linnet and 10 Yellow Bunting.
Butterflies
Speckled Wood, Brimstone, Orange-tip 2, Small White, Green Veined White, Peacock 7, Comma 12 and Small Tort 6. (Chris Parkin)
Storrs Mill Bridge
2 Grey Wagtail, Brimstone and Orange-tip butterflies and male and female Grass Snake mating in the sunshine. (CG) The big female hissing because she was unwittingly disturbed.
