Spent a few hours with Mr Tyke at Low Moor again today ..
Lapwings and curlews still present in the same numbers as yesterday .. Rest of the stuff was .. Oystercatchers x2, snipe x1, raven x10+. kestrel x3, common buzzard x2 (including a very pale phase bird which had us wondering at first when it was hanging in the air current in a fashion which could have been seen as hovering) crossbills x5 feeding in conifers beside Midhope Res, jay x2 and a single mipit ..
