It flew from Barnside Moor and landed at the bottom of the felled wood at the junction of Mortimer Road and Gill Royd Lane (the lane with Barnside Lodge on it). I had them (up to 8 birds) in this area fairly regularly up to early 2011. They were always in woodland adjacent to Edge Cliff Brook (the small stream that runs into Midhope Reservoir from the east).
