Cudworth Common
A walk round this morning with Les Corrall & Ralph Hibbert produced 2 Cuckoos, a Lesser Whitethroat and 8 Skylarks singing, 5 Wheatears (3m 2f) 1 Dunlin, 3 Ringed Plover, 4 Redshank, 1 Little Grebe and 1 White Wagtail.
Hi Ange. One was singing briefly but strongly to the left and beyond the bottom lakes where the old Dearne Valley Railway embankment still is. The second bird was much more distant towards the southern end of the Common
