Broomhead Res

Paid my first visit today and although i found it all a bit manic at times (unlike my usual haunt Adwick) it was well worth it. Saw the male 1 female + 2 juvs Two-barred Crossbills excellent views. To escape the crowds also went for a walk round the res and saw a dipper nr the road bridge at start of the reservoir. Also 2 juv Pied Wagtails, 2 Coal tits.
