Agden Side ....
Agden 29/09/12 : LITTLE BUNTING - 1 - Caught and ringed at Mortimer Road by Emlin Moor, to the east of the road from wooden gate with access sign as per SBSG report. Photo can also be found there .. Searched for last night but to no avail ....
Well they did it for Wintersett. Its never been in Barnsley. So owt can happen. Denaby Ings is more relevant (links to the rest of the Dearne Valley) and closer to Barnsley than Anglers Res. Brilliant inland record though. Just shows that some of the stuff turning up on the east coast finds its way inland.
Am talking abart the actual district not the 'piece-de-resistance' attitude that sort of annexed The Pond. I've never really got over that statement 'piece-de-resistance'.
I blame 'P'. I bet most dunt know what I'm talking abart here. But some will tho.

Unfortunatly about half a mile outside the Barnsley recording area. I'm sure someone could change the boundary!!!

As far as I am aware, Wintersett has been in the Barnsley area ever since it was first defined for Barnsley Bird Study Group. It wasn't added later.
Back to the Little Bunting. More photos can be found on the Sorby-Breck Ringing Group website blog.
