Nearly got badly stung a few weeks ago when I was cutting the garden hedge in Stocksbridge, and narrowly missed slicing the top off a huge wasp's nest situated near the top of the said hedge. The exposed nest was promptly abandoned by the wasps. Over the last couple of days the nest has been practically demolished by Blue Tits that are obviously seeking out the dead larva/eggs.
I supposed I'll have to finished the hedge off now.
