Wintersett Late Buzz from 27.09.12

“A Juvenile HONEY BUZZARD flew south with a Common Buzzard at 10.50 hrs during a vis mig session on ACP. The bird's ID was suspected at the time but was not 100% certain (seen too briefly), however,  a single reasonable image was taken which is conclusive (see attached). Sorry that this news has taken a couple of days to release, for some reason I did not look at the photo until last night – and it did not seem quite so straight forward in the field! Cheers, Fitz."
