An early count for Broomhill Flash this morning with a light mist made it a little tricky to see the far bank but started to clear around 8am. On the Flash were:-
14 Lapwing, 42 Wigeon, 14 Tufted Duck, 5 Shovelor, 6 Little Grebe, 10 Mallard, 5 Goldeneye (1 Drake), 2 Gadwall, 2 Teal, 30 Canada Goose, 3 Greylag Goose, c210 Black-headed Gull, 41 Coot, 5 Moorhen, 4 Red-legged Partridge, 2 Kestrel, 4 Brown Hare, 2 Rabbit. A Chiffchaff was singing in the car park near gates.
