Willow Warbler 3 singing and a Swallow (Jim Plant) Chiffchaff 9 singing, Buzzard 2, Grey Wagtail singing, Red-legged Partridge 2, Tufted Duck 7, Redwing c100 on fields and Kingfisher.
Butterflies included Peacock and a male Brimstone.
Cudworth Park
c30 Waxwing feeding on Cotoneaster berries around the bowling green. They left NE at 12.40hrs.
Ardsley viaduct
3 Buzzards, one carrying a small bird.
Storrs Mill Wood/River Dearne - butterflies
Brimstone 3, Peacock 1, Comma 1, Small Tortoiseshell 8 and the first bluebell flowers. (Chris Parkin)
