A Chiffchaff CXC917 ringed here as an adult in moult with a 54mm wing on 6/8/18 was controlled as an adult female at Anglers Country Park on 3/7/19 - 331 days 6kms north.
Today was relatively quiet with few gulls on the wader scrape. However, A female Tufted Duck was with 3 very small young in the main marsh along with another new brood of Moorhen. Also of note Treecreeper, Kingfisher and Great Spot Woodpecker. (K. Bannister/Dave Smith)
