Broomhill Flash mid morning- Birds present included 8 Cormorant, 2 Mute Swan, 3 Wigeon, 5+ Shoveler, 45+ Teal, 88 Gadwall, 5 Pochard,11 Little Grebe, 1 Black Necked Grebe, 3 Kestrel, 4 Snipe, 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 Grey Heron and 1 LBB Gull.
Bolton Ings late morning- Birds present included 11 Cormorant, 2 Mute Swan, 25 Tufted Duck, 3 Shoveler, 3 Pochard, 18 Little Grebe, 6 adult and 2 young Great Crested Grebe, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Kestrel, 1 LBB Gull, 10+ Sand Martin and 1Spotted Redshank.
