Morning - Female Goosander on Bleachcroft Pond (K. Bannister) Kingfisher 2, Redpoll 20 +, Siskin 10, Yellow Bunting 2, Fieldfare 50, Redwing c60, Starlings 25 north, Great Spot Wood pecker, Canada Geese 8 SE, Meadow Pipit 2 + 1 south, Jay 2 + 1 high, south and 2 Common Gulls north.
Carlton Community School pupils were applying stain to infrastructure in the car park area (doing a good job too)
Trevor Mayne was looking for crayfish on the dike.
